Hello,

I wish to advise you that in 24 hours I will be filing a claim under the County Court Small Claims procedure for the repairs of my car. Registration TXXX XXX. These involve repairs which are contracted under the NAC Guarantee in addition to costs incurred to me throughout this process.  The claim will be directed against Nationwide Automobile Cover, which is part of Carcraft. Please also feel free to forward a copy of this email onto Les Hopkins for his consideration.

As the car has been off the road for over a month, the following personal costs also apply:
