Further to our telephone conversation regarding your vehicle repair and my E Mail of 15th January.

Please accept my apologies for the delay, however I am pleased that we have been able to reach a satisfactory conclusion. As we discussed if you could ask your repairing dealer to contact Customer Services for authorisation on 0800-731-6615 for the following:

1. Turbo Charger

2. OSR Brake Wheel Cylinder

3. Sump Gasket

4. Glow Plug replacement.

With regard to your free 1 year warranty, if you forward a copy of your service invoice to Nationwide Automobile Cover they will validate your warranty until its expiry in August.
