Dear

I write to advise you that as time is getting along, I am getting more aggravated about not having this situation resolved and having possession of my vehicle.

I have received what can only be described as a measly response to my complaints to the warranty company (copy enclosed) and have still not received anything from Carcraft themselves.

I appreciate that you have taken the time to contact me over this matter, however the situation still remains unresolved.  Every day is costing me for not having the vehicle and as such I have now set a deadline before I begin court action proceedings against NAC, Carcraft and yourselves.

You have until Friday 23rd January 2004 to resolve this matter to my satisfaction before I begin proceedings.

It is not something I want to do, but unfortunately the situation has left me with no choice to take this further action.  I will be claiming for the costs of all the repairs as well as the inconvenience, stress and costs incurred to me throughout this month.  I am also considering a full rejection of the vehicle which also includes claiming for a full refund of all money paid out on it.

As a gesture of goodwill, I have enclosed a completed direct debit form.  You may take this months payment out ASAP, and next month you may take payment as normal.  Given the circumstances and the prior warnings, you may not charge me any additional interest or fees.  If you do, I will take the above action immediately.

I hope to hear from you very soon.

Yours sincerely,
